SDI would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming Zoom focus group. We are very keen to hear your feedback about how you currently use restoratives and how a range of products compare.

To ensure suitability for this focus group, please confirm the following details:
- Yes, I am a practicing dentist in Australia
- Yes, I am a key decision maker in product purchasing decisions
- Yes, I perform at least two self cure glass ionomer restorations per month

Choose one focus group session*
SDI has 4 x 1.5 hour focus group sessions to choose from. Focus groups will be conducted via Zoom and will require that you have a microphone and camera to participate. We anticipate that each focus group will include between 7-10 participants. Select a focus group session from the below list (note: sessions that are full are no longer visible)

I agree to participate in the SDI Zoom video focus group session I have nominated above. I agree to receive physical product samples from SDI and will complete a bench test review of these materials prior to the focus group session.

I understand that if when I satisfy the above terms, I will be mailed a $150 EFTPOS giftcard. This giftcard will be mailed to the same address as the product samples, within 7 days of the conclusion of the focus groups.

I understand that the focus group session will be recorded for SDI research purposes only. All content and discussions within the focus group are confidential and are not to be shared. SDI will not share your comments externally without your express written permission.
